Register now using the buttons below. Registration fees are non-refundable and must be paid within 10 business days of receiving your acceptance email to secure your spot. All vendors must have their own insurance and provide a copy for our records. All accepted food vendors must provide a copy of their Food Service Permit from Public Health Sudbury & Districts as proof of compliance with health and safety regulations.

*Additional Fee
All vendors are required to pay a $5 Warren Agricultural Society Membership Fee, which is valid annually from November 1 to October 31 of the following year. This fee is in addition to the vendor registration fee (unless you already have a valid membership) and helps support our ongoing initiatives.
Payment Deadline Policy

To secure your vendor spot, the registration fee must be paid within 10 days of receiving your acceptance email. If payment is not received by the deadline, your spot will not be held and may be offered to another vendor.
Pre-Registration Is Required
Vendors who show up without prior registration on the day of the event will be politely asked to leave, as we cannot accommodate last-minute setups. If you're unsure about the online registration process, please contact us well in advance — we're happy to assist with the registration if needed!
Parking and Setup Guidelines
All vehicles must be parked with no further movement after 5 PM on Friday and after 9 AM on Saturday. Vendors can open for business on Friday at 5 PM until closing and on Saturday from 9 AM to 5 PM (with the option to remain open until midnight). All vendors are expected to remain in place until 5 PM on Saturday.
