Kris Kringle Market Non-Refundable Vendor Registration Fee
$50 per 10'x10' space*
*Additional Fee
All vendors are required to pay a $5 Warren Agricultural Society Membership Fee, which is valid annually from November 1 to October 31 of the following year. This fee is in addition to the vendor registration fee and helps support our ongoing initiatives.
Payment Deadline Policy
To secure your vendor spot, the non-refundable registration fee must be paid upon receipt of your acceptance email.
Guidelines

Non-Refundable Fee: The vendor registration fee is non-refundable and is required upon receiving your acceptance email.

Vendor Insurance Requirement: All vendors must have their own vendor insurance and provide a copy to the Warren Agricultural Society prior to the event. All vendors are encouraged to have a flame-retardant tablecloth.

Homemade Priority: Priority will be given to vendors offering homemade items and crafts.

Set-Up Time: Vendors can begin setting up their booths at 8 AM on Saturday, December 6.

Important: Vendors are expected to remain in place for the duration of the market.
Acceptance Process
Once your application is reviewed and accepted, you will receive an acceptance email containing a confirmation code, e-transfer payment instructions, and details about the required vendor insurance. Your spot will only be guaranteed once both your payment and insurance certificate have been received.
